What I Do

  • Has a traumatic event in your life left you feeling lost and blocked? Or filled with anxiety and depression, or possibly a chronic illness?
  • Do you find yourself  in dysfunctional relationships that feel as if you are bashing your head (and heart) against a brick wall, hoping things, or the other person, will change?
  • Do you experience  excessive worry and stress?
  • Do you put other people’s needs and preferences before your own?
  • Do you feel stuck and you just don’t know what to do to break the cycle of trauma?

I have been there. I know the ins and outs of all of these and I can tell you, there is a way through. My own emotional recovery sparked a passion in me to help others find their way out of suffering and into peace.

With EMDR, healthy boundaries and boatloads of compassion, it is possible to heal trauma, change patterns, make better choices, be a clearer communicator, and create loving relationships with friends, family, and yourself. You are not alone.

If you’d like to have more clarity, love, independence, and calm, I think I can help.  Whether your current life situation is because of trauma, relationships and co-dependence or just feeling stuck, EMDR and good therapy can help.

I am a lifelong learner and will continue to enhance my understanding and love of people; their sorrows and  their joys. Together we can find solutions and more choice for you and your life. I would love to have a conversation with you to see if we might be a good fit.
